STANDARD CLICK & COLLECT

Where our Standard Click & Collect service has been selected we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take 4-6 working days from the moment you place your order. We will then email you when your order has reached the store and again when it's available to pick up in store. Please wait to receive the second email before going to the store.

Please note that Standard Click & Collect is a non trackable service.

For Next Day Click & Collect you need to place your order before 7.00pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 7.00pm on Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday will arrive Monday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

For Next Day delivery via Yodel you need to place your order before 7.00pm Monday-Friday, and before 6.00pm on Sunday. Orders placed after 7.00pm on Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday (before 6pm) will arrive Monday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Orders on a Next Day delivery via Yodel service are delivered between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that all Next Day deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel otherwise you will be left a calling card, where you will be informed of the new delivery time.

UK PREMIUM NEXT DAY DELIVERY (VIA DPD)

For Premium Next Day delivery via DPD you need to place your order before 4.30 Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 4.30pm on Thursday will arrive Monday, orders placed anytime Friday, Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

DPD will send a communication on the day of delivery to inform you of the 1 hour delivery slot you've been assigned. Your 1 hour time slot is created as soon as your driver has loaded your parcel onto their van, this is usually by 11:00.

In case you are not going to be in, you can easily re-arrange your delivery date or choose a different delivery option (collecting from a pickup shop, delivering to a safe place or a neighbour, etc.) on the DPD website or contacting DPD directly. Please note that all Premium Next Day deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel otherwise you will be left a calling card, where you will be informed of how you can re-arrange the delivery.

Our Nominated Day delivery option allows you to choose a specific date within the next two weeks to have your Paperchase parcel delivered on. Available Monday to Friday, it’s a practical way to ensure you are available to receive your order. Unfortunately, a specific delivery time cannot be selected.

Please note the date of delivery cannot be altered once your order has been made. For orders placed for the following day our Next Day delivery option is advised.

Collect+ is a great alternative to have your parcel delivered to one of over 5,550 local convenience stores. Parcels will be dropped off at a Collect+ store of your choice, 7 days a week and during the evening.

Where Collect+ has been selected before 4.30pm Monday-Thursday, we will aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Orders placed after 4.30pm on Thursday & before 4.30pm on Friday will arrive Monday. Orders placed after 4.30pm Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Please note that Collect + is a trackable service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for your parcel. Our Collect+ orders are shipped by Yodel and the tracking code is a 16 digits number starting with 8WX (i.e. 8WX110001217A074).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail, DPD or Yodel depending on the chosen delivery option, size, weight and destination of the parcel.

Order tracking is not available on standard Royal Mail deliveries, so please allow the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive after you have received your order dispatch confirmation email. Tracking is available on orders dispatched via DPD and Yodel.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
