Click & Collect is our service that allows you to buy online and collect your items in store.

Our Standard Click & Collect service delivers in 4-6 working days. Our Next Day Click & Collect service delivers next day.
We'll send you an email once you're order has arrived in store and is ready for collection.
Your order will be held at your chosen store for 10 days
We'll send you an email once your order has arrived in store and is ready for collection.
We'll then send you an email reminder 3 days after your order has arrived in store and a final email after 7 days.
That's fine, We just ask that you give your chosen store a quick call to let them know so they can arrange another convenient time.
If you do not collect your order within the 10 days and don't make contact with us, your order will be returned to our online fulfilment warehouse.
To ensure that we can release your order, we ask for a few things in return:
- Display the text message alert or email reminder at the point of collection
- For your payment protection, you must show us the card you paid with
- If you paid using PayPal or eGift Vouchers, then please bring a valid photo ID (e.g. Passport or Drivers Licence)
Unfortunately we need you and only you to collect your order.
Goods purchased through our click & collect service can be returned to our online fulfillment warehouse within 30 days of receipt / collection of the goods, or any Paperchase store or concession. Goods must be accompanied by a valid delivery despatch note. Please allow up to 28 days for postal returns to be processed. View our returns policy for more information.
