Where our standard delivery service has been selected we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take a further 2-3 working days.Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.25 per delivery address, unless your order value (excluding post & packaging and after any applicable discounts) is £25.00 or more and sent to a single delivery address; in which case, delivery is free of charge (excluding Personalised Cards).
Our UK next working day delivery charge is £4.95 per delivery address. For next working day delivery place your order before 1.30pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 1.30pm on Thursday & before 1.30pm on Friday will arrive Monday. Orders placed after 1.30pm Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel otherwise you will be left a calling card, where you will be given the option to rearrange delivery for another day or alternatively collect the parcel from your local post office/sorting office.
We are currently unable to offer our next day delivery service to the following remote rural postcodes or areas:
AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-21, G83, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH1-99, TR21-25 or Eire (Republic of Ireland), Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scilly Isles, Orkney & Shetland
Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or DPD depending on size, weight and destination.
Multiple delivery addresses in the same order will result in multiple delivery charges.
Order tracking is not available on standard Royal Mail deliveries, so please allow the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive after you have received your order despatch confirmation email.
If your parcel does not fit through the letterbox or you are not around to take delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick up your parcel or arrange redelivery.
