Our stores are at the heart of our business – our sales assistants are responsible for delivering the exceptional customer service that we’re known for. If you’re passionate about our products and want to work in a fast paced, fun environment then we’d like to hear from you.

To be successful you’ll need to be outgoing and warm, able to build a rapport with our customers to fully understand what they need and help them find what they’re looking for from our extensive range of products.

JOIN OUR HEAD OFFICE

Our central London Head Office is the home of all of our support teams, and is where all the ‘behind the scenes’ action takes place. We’re always on the lookout for really talented people to join our teams and help us go from strength to strength as we continue to grow.

It’s important that we all pull together to deliver a seamless support service to our stores, so communication and teamwork are things that we look for in everyone that joins us. Each department has its own specialist function though, so there’s a perfect role for everyone depending on their skill set and what they’re interested in.

If you’re a whizz with numbers and like using Excel, then you might want to consider working in our Finance or Merchandising teams. If you’re more interested in helping to design our products, then you’re probably better suited to a role in either our Buying or Design team. If you’re somewhere in between, or you’re just not sure what would suit you best, then check back regularly to see roles in our other teams; IT, Logistics, eCommerce, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR, Administration Support.

JOIN OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE

Our Thrapston distribution centre is vital to our operational success – with thousands of products from a multitude of international suppliers arriving every day, they have to process them quickly and accurately and ensure they’re sent out to stores as quickly as possible to meet customer demands.

Accuracy and efficiency are the key things we look for in new recruits – you’ll have to be able to work quickly, follow instructions closely, and be flexible in your approach so that you can be trained on all the different processes and equipment.

In exchange we offer on-the-job training, the opportunity to complete accredited occupational training and the chance to progress your career in a fast paced, growing business.
