All content that you submit may be used at Paperchase's sole discretion. Paperchase reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Paperchase's website that Paperchase deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Paperchase does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Paperchase to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Paperchase reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Paperchase, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Paperchase, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

Where our standard delivery service has been selected we aim to despatch your goods from our warehouse within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have despatched your order. Delivery will normally take a further 2-3 working days.

We are currently unable to offer our next day delivery service to the following remote rural postcodes or areas:

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Paperchase, such as adverse weather conditions, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Gift boxing is a service provided at certain times during the year and www.paperchase.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw this service without notice.

Please be aware that we cannot provide refunds on gift boxing.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please visit our returns policy page for instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: gift boxing).

When ordering goods from Paperchase.co.uk for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Paperchase.co.uk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared.

We would like our international customers and customers despatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

1. Gift vouchers may only be redeemed at our website, www.paperchase.co.uk.
2. You cannot use a gift voucher to purchase another gift voucher.
3. The gift voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.
4. Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled by the purchaser of the gift voucher once they have been redeemed in part or in full.
5. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s account with www.paperchase.co.uk and is not transferable. Your balance can be viewed at any time in the “my account” section of the www.paperchase.co.uk website.
6. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
7. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you redeem your gift voucher before the expiry date that appears on the voucher. Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. Once the gift voucher has expired we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances.
8. Our current standard www.paperchase.co.uk terms and conditions apply to all purchases except where they conflict with these terms and conditions.
9. If you cancel an order for any product you have purchased by redeeming your gift voucher, your www.paperchase.co.uk account will be credited with the amount redeemed. If you redeem your gift voucher in part payment of any item, you have the right to request a refund in respect of the amount you paid using your credit/debit card. If you do not request a refund your www.paperchase.co.uk account will be credited with the full amount paid.
10. www.paperchase.co.uk will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is either redeemed through the www.paperchase.co.uk web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the www.paperchase.co.uk site.
